I do try to make high quality products and nothing makes me happier than seeing my creations around Second Life. So to make things easier for my customers as well as protect my creations, my policies are as follows:

1, If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a notecard with any questions, requests, thoughts or comments. I will get back to you as soon as possible. Why no IMs? Because most often, I am in Blender or another program and will not see your IM and if I get logged out, I have no way of knowing that you contacted me. You can also leave a message with Yoshi Nakagawa in my shop (I hope:P) and I SHOULD get that as well.

2. Please remember that if you treat me with respect, I will be more than happy to do so in return. I want you to be happy with my products, but I will not be abused. If you choose that route, then I have no option but to add you to my mute list, then my help will be impossible.

3. Please contact me BEFORE leaving a negative review in the marketplace....after all...I am here to make your purchase experience a good one.

4. Please keep in mind that I do try to do my best with my products, (making the permissions appropriate, everything is included, etc.) However, Second Life being what it is, things have a way of getting messed up. So if your permissions are not what they say on the ad, let me know and I will fix it. PLEASE keep in mind though, the full perm building/creation kits and supplies, the final texture and Final build are NOT FULL PERMISSION. I would love to do that for you, however I feel you DO need to do SOME of that work . :D

As a final note ***REMEMBER*** - ALL of my creations and builds are registered with the US Copyright office and are protected under international copyright laws. ANY violations of said copyright laws will be reported to the proper authorities and legal actions will be taken.
